Prices can differ for customers opting for sale orders in online mode and that of a customer buying from counter KMR

Time of delivery shall vary, for online orders which shall be based on availability of stock with supplier, dispatch process. Any shortage of items can lead to delay of executing orders including cancellation for which the customers agree to.

Deals, Offers price can vary for online orders. Customers can always opt for online orders or purchase from counter at their discretion.

Please refer your Customer ID in your communication for early sorting out of issues.

The product name and billing code can be different . Please note that the item is same. Kindly ensure that the item ordered based on the number against the item is what you are ordering, to avoid mistakes.

The time of delivery, dispatch shall vary over and above that mentioned in site. In case of non availability (including discontinuation), logistics issues the amount shall be refunded within 7 days for which customers agree to - DIRECT CANCELLATION. Customer cancellation of orders – Processed orders cannot be cancelled & cancellation policy shall be applicable .

Orders can be executed in part based on availability of stock. Separate bills shall be raised for each dispatch of pending items.

Delivery charges, packing & freight shall be charged extra for online delivery (including for special packing required.

In all warrenty/Gurantee Purchase, keep your invoice sale for reference.

If the delivery is made to the customer’s location, the customer is responsible for the transportation charges.
The customers can request for updation of availability, once products are available.
Return Policy
Damages/Defective :

Should be brought to our notice with in 2 days of purchase/delivery.

Replacement or rectification based on Supplier Policy.

Procedure :

Raise a defective notein the site against your order with in 2 days / based on warrenty.

Bring your material to our outlet on confirmation - mail by KMR

Collect your material from our outlet on replacement received/ defective rectified with in 2 days of information.
